Indigo: Open Source Cheminformatics for C++ and .Net

Indigo offers an impressive array of capabilities, including graph matching, cycle perception, structure rendering, fingerprinting. The site documentation also indicates that work on interfaces to other languages, including Ruby and Java, is planned.
